Ryan Breska and Jillian Lopez have been dating for a while now so I wasn't surprised when Ryan called and said that he was making plans to propose... I don't think anyone had any idea of what was to come! With the help of Shannon Kerr from the Hyatt Hotel in Huntington Beach the backdrop was set.
